Dispersal Order
Grays Shopping Centre Manager Keith Evans and Grays Riverside Councillor Carl Morris applaud the work of Thurrock Police in establishing a Dispersal Order for Clarence Road in Grays.
There is no doubt that the area had become a no-go zone for many people as they found themselves harangued by drunks and their anti-social behaviour.
It has been a fine testament to the multi-agency approach of agencies in the borough concerned with keeping the streets safe. With along summer ahead, the question will be whether the trouble turns up elsewhere.
