bcc2Belhus Cricket Club is in the news again. This week they hosted a team from Prague Cricket Club and then on Friday were delighted to officially open the improvements to the scoreboard and nets.

They were delighted to welcome Charlie Curtis of the Veolia Community Trust ,the secretary Andy Furze and ex Essex and England Cricketer Mark Illott.
There’s lots happening at this excellent cricket facility and all credit to those forward thinking people who worked on this project.

With Prague in mind the club are hoping to confine their visit to the local area with a two day game against a Thurrock X1 (playing as England) v Prague CC (as the Czech Republic).
