Another day another burst pipe in Thurrock

IT WAS near Tamarisk Road in South Ockendon on Monday whilst today (Wednesday) it was at the bottom of Chadwell Road where it meets the Marshfoot Road, Tilbury.

Police set up a roadblock as traffic gingerly tried to avoid the gushing spring at the foot of the road.

Properties were flooded in Tamarisk Road but luckily there are none near the area in Tilbury.

Authorities hope to have the problem sorted by this afternoon.
