Man in court on attempt rape and threats to kill charges

A MAN will be appearing at Magistrates Court in Chelmsford today (Saturday, October 13) charged with attempted rape, assault of a man and a woman and threats to kill.
Tomasz SZCZYGIEL, aged 40 from Oakley Close, Grays is charged following an incident at a flat in Grays on Sunday, September 2.

First of all, the man is innocent until proven guilty. Secondly, how do you know the man is not British, and how do you know that he is not supporting himself by working and not a burden on the tax payer? I have a foreign sounding name and was born and bred in England as was my father and grandfather.
