Grays Town Band: ‘Solos, Duets, and Trios’

GRAYS Town Band is holding another free concert on Saturday 13th July at 6.30pm at the United Reform Church in Bradleigh Avenue, Grays. The theme for this concert is ‘Solos, Duets, and Trios’.

This theme has enabled the Band to present a wide range of music featuring a number of players on different instruments in starring roles!

Musical director, David Honeywell said “this concert is the next instalment of our 125th anniversary celebrations. We are playing some great duets such as ‘No matter what’, ‘Flower Duet’ from Lakme, and Barcelona to name but a few…. We are also hoping that our new CD will be available.”

The Band would be delighted to welcome new faces to the concert on the 13th July, so please do come along; it promises to be a great night! Refreshments will be available.

The Band is always on the lookout for new members, so if you already play a brass instrument, or you learning, why not come along to the concert to meet the Band?
