FOR the second year running The Old Regent was venue of choice for a 70’s style disco fundraising night.
This was organised by Kim Taylor and the party goers raised £750 for “Kicks Count” UK charity.
Their aim is to lower the UK’s stillbirth and neonatal death rate by raising awareness of baby’s movements in pregnancy. A baby’s movements indicate its wellbeing and a
reduction in fetal movement can be a key warning sign that the baby is in distress.
By recognising a change in movement and reporting it to their healthcare professional Mums can help ensure the healthy delivery of their baby
Guests danced the night away to 70’s tunes and many dressed the part too.
It was wonderful to see so many having fun at The Old Regent for such a good cause.
