Aveley residents in court over puppy farming

RSPCA court alert – 12 February 2018

THREE people are due to appear in court to stand trial as part of an RSPCA investigation into puppy farming.

Albert Brazier (DoB: 14/10/53) of Ship Lane, Aveley, Victoria Montgomery (DoB: 05/12/61) of Melford Avenue, Barking, and Teresa Wade (DoB: 04/05/59) of Ship Lane, Aveley, are all due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on Monday (12 February) for trial. The trial is due to run until Wednesday (14 February) and will then begin again on Monday (19 February) for a further week.

Albert Brazier and Teresa Ward are accused of five offences each under the Animal Welfare Act while Victoria Montgomery faces one offence.
