Karate: World Champs success in Vancouver

GRAYS Karate club, Yamaguchi Goju-Kai has had great success in Canada.

A spokesperson said: “We’ve just returned from our Karate World Goju-Kai Championships in Vancouver, Canada. There was over 500 competitors from all over the globe, our Club Grays Yamaguchi Goju-Kai based in Long Lane Grays had excellent results with two world Champions. Lauren Adams retained her Kumite (fighting) world title she won in Mumbai, India four years ago and Danielle Ball winning gold in her Kumite division.
