South Ockendon: Second man charged after sawn-off shotgun found in stolen car

A SECOND man has been charged after a firearm was found in a stolen car in South Ockendon.

The sawn off shotgun was found inside a stolen Audi A6 in Buckles Lane on Wednesday 13 February.

Reni Remblance, 27, of Ashgrove Road in Ashford, Middlesex, was arrested yesterday, Tuesday 2 July and charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, going equipped for theft, and receiving stolen goods.

He appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 3 July. He was remanded in custody to appear at Basildon Crown Court on Wednesday 31 July.
