All singers chosen from open auditions which were held in September have taken part in a vocal and performance workshop giving each the chance to develop their stagecraft skills with industry experts. During this Showcase event, one lucky performer is chosen at random to win the opportunity of a recording studio session, kindly donated by the new Careers Centre Studio. IT IS nearly four years since we last filmed Arthur Walwin. He has matured nicely as an artist. That big acoustic brings a booming sound and Arthur’s voice can transfix an audience.

SOUNDS like a pop stars name doesn’t it? The William Edwards student was very nervous but put in a bravo performance at Your Voice.
WE ARE always quite clear when we stress that Your Voice is not a talent contest but rather an educational platform. Likewise when we say that Gable Hall student, Ruti stole the show, it is only the opinion of YT and not the opinion of the other partner organisations.
Believe it or not, this is the seventh Your Voice evening at the Thameside Theatre and it was a great night.
