THE level of artistic talent on show at Belhus Chase School is outstanding.

We could do no more than let the work speak for itself as the camera panned across the work from various age groups in the school.

WHEN the bell goes for the end of the school day at Gateway Academy in Tilbury many of the students stay on for the day.

The Art Department is full of students from Year 7 to Year 11 continuing to develop their skills and talents in a creative environment.

YourThurrock visited the Department to find out a little more and showcase the work of the students.

Together Mental Health: Art Therapy

TOGETHER is one of the oldest-established mental health charities.

Last week they ran a series of inspirational Well-Being events across the country.

YourThurrock visited their art exhibition at the Oasis Centre on Orsett Road in Grays where local artists were exhibiting – and also painting – to get a feel for the work that they do.
