POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a motorcycle rider was injured in a road collision at Tilbury.
The teenager received leg and hip injuries after his off-road scrambler bike was in collision with a car at Feenan Highway, at about 6.50pm on Thursday February 11.
The rider, who is from the Grays area, was taken to Basildon Hospital where he is still receiving treatment. The car involved in the collision was a green Ford Fiesta.
Police closed the road to carry out initial inquiries and investigations into the circumstances of the collision are continuing.
