BASILDON and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will be supported by the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust as part of work to improve patient care.

The introduction of a senior nurse responsible for improving the patient experience and patient stories being heard first-hand at Trust board meetings.
A review of infection control arrangements across the organisation is taking place.
