POLICE are appealing for information following a collision in Orsett where a vehicle failed to stop.
At about 9.15pm on Tuesday, December 17, a silver Ford C-Max was forced to swerve to avoid another vehicle on the slip road for the A128 eastbound just prior to the Orsett Cock roundabout on the A13.
A vehicle, which failed to stop, pulled out from behind a stationary highways maintenance vehicle waiting to implement a diversion.
The Ford rolled on to the embankment and ended up on its roof.
A man, a woman and a five-year-old boy from Romford were taken to Basildon Hospital and treated for whiplash-type injuries.
