Second Well-Being course set for Hardie Park

SECOND WELLBEING COURSE LAUNCHED AT HARDIE

FRIENDS of Hardie Park in Stanford-le-hope are launching their second Footpaths Personal Development Programme supporting local residents suffering with anxiety,
depression and mental health issues. The programme provides a 12 week support plan offering personal development workshops, skills training and 1-2-1 sessions.

Shane Ralph, Programme Co-ordinator said, ‘We aim to provide candidates suffering mental health issues, depression and anxiety with an increased sense of well-being and access to counselling, advice and mentoring. We offer meaningful volunteer opportunities and an introduction to the various community groups at the park such as Men in Sheds and the Hardie Park Gardeners.
