THIS year St. Luke’s Hospice in Basildon will be celebrating its 30th anniversary; marking three decades of caring for the community.
ARE you a business support worker or volunteer who wants to better understand the grieving process? Come along to St Luke’s Talking to a Bereaved Person course on Friday 17th January, 13:30 – 16:30, for just £25!
DID you hear that our amazing school choirs raised a total of £4,291.43 by singing at local shopping centres?! How amazing is that!
A LONGSTANDING volunteer at St. Luke’s Hospice has won an award for his commitment to the local charity.
MORE than £4,500 has been raised for St. Luke’s Hospice at the charity’s annual Christmas Market on Sunday (17th November).
THE charity is looking for volunteers with their own van to help collect Christmas trees from designated addresses on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January, 9am – 4pm, and drop them off at the Basildon Recycle Barleylands Depot. Addresses will be concentrated within a three mile radius of the depot and routes will be mapped out for each driver before the day.
COME and join St. Luke’s Hospice at the charity’s annual Christmas Market at the Chichester Hotel on Sunday 17th November.
