THE ACTING leader of Thurrock Council delivered a feedback report to his fellow councillors at a meeting on Wednesday night.
Cllr Shane Hebb attended at the scene of the fire at George Tilbury House in Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary, where fire ripped through a seventh floor flat on Tuesday night.
