A THURROCK Independent councillor walked around Thurrock as part of a fund-raising effort on World Mental Heath Day.
Stanford East and Corringham Town councillor, Shane Ralph was good enough to film a short v-log for us to tell us about the importance of raising awareness of mental health.

I would have thought walking around the council offices would been a sure fire bet to observe the poor level of mental health locally. With a record bad decisions and poor levels of incompetence clearly evident it may be a good place to start to get the workers help.
