SPECIALIST business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Stifford Pharmacy in Thurrock.
Stifford Pharmacy is a standard-hours community pharmacy, which dispenses an average of 4,400 items per month and provides additional services including vaccinations, ear cleaning, and weight-loss treatments.
Situated on Crammavill Street in Thurrock, the pharmacy is on a busy high street within an easy one-mile reach of two health centres and a local hospital.
Following a confidential sales process with Tom Laybourn at Christie & Co, Stifford Pharmacy was purchased by Pharmazone Limited, a small pharmacy group that owns several high-performing pharmacies across the South East of England.

Stifford Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
