AN Aveley man has pled guilty to racially aggravated harassment.
Billy Kaley, aged 35, Stifford Road, Aveley pled to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On November 6th, 2025 in East Tilbury, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated within the terms of section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
Kaley was given a suspended sentence and fined £100.00
