Before we say anything, the British Heart Foundation shop in the Queensgate Centre in Grays Shopping Centre is a wonderfully organised shop (Mary Queen of Shops would have loved it) but the team need more volunteers.
This film is an appeal for more volunteers in a variety of roles.
