It was only when filming Fader out in Stanford-le-Hope that we were struck by some of his lyrics. He clearly felt that writing was a more creative and positive way of expressing yourself than “nefarious activities”
As we celebrate our first birthday, we would like to say thank you to all the grime artists, rappers and mc’s who have really added a dash of colour to the site with one of the most vital musical movements since punk.
