On Saturday 26th September, members of Chadwell St Mary’s Patient Partnership Group invited the local community to their healthcare open day to get help and advice on all aspects regarding diabetes.
Throughout the day a variety of information stands, presentations and health experts were all available to provide reassurance to all guests and answer any questions.
Doctor P Ambikapathy and patient, Lavina Darnell, took the time to talk to YourThurrock about their part in this innovative, community orientated, healthcare project.
