PEOPLE power has well and truly arrived in Aveley as the Save our Green Belt campaign demonstrated on the streets all weekend.
Led by the three Conservative Councillors the residents came out in their hundreds to make their feelings known regarding plans to build homes on green belt land close to the Aveley by-pass.
You have the feeling that this will simply not go away and is symptomatic as to how many residents feel about the changes happening to their borough.
