THURROCK police stumbled upon a “Cannabis Factory” this morning (Monday) following a report that the front door had been left wide open on the Orsett house.
Essex Police confirmed that they received a call from residents of Sandown Road in Orsett that the front door of the property just off the Old A13 appeared to be left wide open.
When the police attended just after 10am, they entered the property and found cannabis plants and equipment.
No arrests have been made but police are currently conducting inquiries into the premises.
