Shaun Bajnoczky has just joined the Royal Opera House team as part of an apprenticeship scheme. The former Thurrock Young Musician of the Year is learning the ropes in a variety of ways.

YourThurrock spoke to Shaun about the benefits of the scheme and the day to day demands of being an apprentice.
