Six students from the Business Technology Dept have recently completed two weeks’ work experience at SJ Berwin LLP in London, a leading international law firm with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The six students, all in their second year of the ILEX Legal Secretarial course at Palmer’s, made a great impression whilst at SJ Berwin LLP, completing a variety of tasks to a very high standard. The students worked in various departments over the two weeks, such as Finance, Real Estate, Document Production Unit, Europe and Corporate.
Julie Putz, Curriculum Manager said: “To have successfully completed work experience in such a prestigious law firm is an outstanding achievement for these students. The experience has made them even more determined and eager to start their careers as legal secretaries.”
