THERE will be stereotypes around the country that an Essex menu will have jellied eels served in a pearly kings hat. What the menu served at the Thurrock campus delivers is a varied and sophisticated selection of the delectable food on offer from across the county.
The Riverview restaurant sits on the top floor at the campus newly merged with with South Essex College.
On this occasion, the students had been challenged by the Essex Air Ambulance to create a menu using Essex products.
