ED MILIBAND has won the backing of the Thurrock Constituency Labour Group.
In a vote at the weekend, Ed topped the ballot ahead of Andy Burnham.
The election won’t take place until September. Ed Miliband remains the bookie’s favourite although many still tip former Foreign Secretary David Miliband to come out on top and be the next leader of the Labour Party.
