AN 85-YEAR-OLD pensioner appeared at Grays Magistrates Court yesterday (friday) accused of a number of sex offences at the Apple Store in Lakeside.
Leonard Dye, 85, St Mary’s Road, Greentithe, Kent was charged with taking an indecent photograph of a child and indecently touching a girl.
Both alleged offences are said to have taken place within the Apple Store at Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Dye pled not guilty.
He was remanded in custody.
