Stanford councillor Phil Anderson has been over on the Frost Estate in Corringham dealing with the consequences of the unadopted roads in the area.
On the one hand it has a quaint look about it, with the quirky (i.e: uneven) roads and alleyways but the increasing traffic and it’s consequences.
We spoke to Phil about how he is trying to solve this problem.
