ZUMBA classes are springing up all over Thurrock. Lola Adeyoye has classes in Chadwell, Grays and Chafford Hundred. The dance classes merge a number of dance styles from Bangra to Samba to give the members an all-round work-out.
We caught up with Lola at the Chafford Hundred Campus to learn a little more about the classes.
