Why not put on your bell bottoms and prepare to travel back in time to ‘The Summer of Love’?
Thurrock Council’s Tenant Participation Team is hosting its annual All Our Yesteryears event which is 1960s themed, and will be held on Friday, 22 October from 7.30pm until 11pm at the Civic Hall, Blackshots.
Flower Power, a 60s band will be playing songs from the era.
Tickets cost £10 per person (including buffet) and a licensed bar will be available.
There will also be information on Sheltered Housing offered at the event.
