Ockendon robbers hospitalise shop workers

Two shopper workers were injured when robbers struck at the Bottle and Basket Off Licence in Garron Lane, South Ockendon just after 5.30pm on Tuesday, October 19, 2010.

One suffered minor facial injuries and the other required hospital treatment for a head injury.

Three white men stole cigarettes and cash from the off licence before making off. One was wearing a yellow hooded top and two others black hooded tops and they had scarves over their faces. They may have made off towards Humber Avenue.
