IT was a big step up to go from local and regional competition to the Horse of the Year show at the Birmingham NEC but Fobbing rider Jodie Still and her horse Nelly acquitted themselves very well.
Jodie said: “We finished seventh. A result we were delighted with. It took a while getting used to the bright lights and the packed crowds. I was very nervous but Nelly was a star.
“It was a fantastic experience and it really sets us up for next year.
