Police are appealing for witnesses following a fight at The Inn on the Green in Stanford-le-hope in the early hours of Saturday, January 8.
The fight left two men injured but officers believe other people were injured but have not come forward. Officers would like to hear from any witnesses or victims who have yet to contact police. Police were called to the disturbance at 12.10am.
A man in his 30s from Basildon sustained an injury to his face. He was taken to Basildon hospital. He has since been released.
A man in his 20s from Stanford-le-hope sustained a cut to his head. He was treated at the scene by the ambulance service.
Two women, a teenager boy and three men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A 23-year-old woman from Tilbury was arrested and later bailed to February 14. A 20-year-old man from Tilbury was arrested and later bailed to February 14. A 17-year-old boy from Stanford Le Hope was arrested but later released without charge. An 18-year-old woman from Tilbury was arrested and later bailed to February 14. Two 20-year-old men from Tilbury are still being interviewed.
