Edward Barnes, a 37-year-old man from Charles Street, Grays will appear at Basildon Magistrates Court this morning, charged with two counts of burglary dwelling and one count of possession of cocaine.
The charges relate to two burglaries in the Grays area that were reported to police on Saturday, February 5.
