Chadwell youngster critical after collision with car at Cross Keys

A CHADWELL youngster was in a serious but stable condition after her bicycle collided with a car in Chadwell St Mary last night.

The road traffic collision occurred around 4.30pm yesterday area east of the Cross Keys junction on the Linford Road.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “A road traffic collision occurred yesterday on the Linford Road, Chadwell St Mary, Grays between a red fiat saloon and a young person on their bicycle.

“The twelve-year-old girl was taken to Basildon hospital where her injuries are described as serious but not life threatening.
