A MAN WAS arrested this morning (Sunday) after a Land Rover stolen from Brentwood was found on its roof in Chadwell St Mary.
Police were called at 11.40 am to the Heath road area of Chadwell after residents had reported seeing a Land Rover on its roof and several men fleeing from the scene.
The police helicopter and several cars searched the area. Soon after, a 21-year-old male from Tilbury was arrested on suspicion of taking a motor vehicle without consent.
Police are continuing to search for a number of other males.
