A man is set to appear at southend magistrates court this morning (friday) following the siege at the Pullman Tavern on wednesday night. Carl Garwood (45), no fixed address will answer charges of public order,criminal damage & obstructing the police.
The charges relate to an alleged incident at the Pullman Tavern on Wednesday night.
