FIRE CREWS are working to release a person trapped by their injuries following a two vehicle RTC.
Crews are using specialist hydraulic cutting equipment to release them.
The incident occurred at 20.50 hrs on the south side of Lodge Lane near to the junction of Hathaway Road in Grays.
The casualty was released by 21:48hrs by crews using specialist hydraulic cutting equipment. They were left in the care of the ambulance service.
