Ambulance crews came to the aid of a teenager who had broken his leg during a football game last night.
East of England Ambulance NHS Trust (EEAST) medics were sent to East Thurrock Football Club at 7.59pm after an EEAST call handler correctly diagnosed that the 17-year-old had fractured his leg.
After arriving at the patient’s side in just over quarter of an hour crews treated and stabilised him before leaving at 8.44pm to take him to Basildon Hospital A&E.
