FIRE Crews were called to extinguish a blaze involving a motorcycle – alight in a residential courtyard on Jetty walk, Grays.
Residents reported that their flats were being affected by smoke.
Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and ventilated properties before leaving the scene at 02:32 hrs.
There were no casualties.
A fire investigation will be carried out to establish the cause of the incident.
