Tweet for a chance to win an electronic book reader.

THURROCK Council’s library service wants people to have a chance to win an electronic book reader.

As part of National Libraries Day on 9 February, people are being encouraged to celebrate libraries and all that they offer, by taking part in the competition offering two lucky local people the chance to win a Kobo e-book reader.

The reader can be used to download free e-books from the libraries website at www.thurrock.gov.uk/libraries

All people have to do is follow @thurrocklibrary on twitter.com and send two tweets – one describing the author and title and the other describing the plot of their favourite book.

Tweets are restricted to 140 characters and must include the title but you can enter as many times as you like as long as each tweet refers to a different book.

All tweets received will be judged and two of the most interesting and creative tweets received by 9 February will win an e-book reader.

Rules and terms are below and also available on the Thurrock Libraries website as well as being available at local libraries.
