THE MAYOR of Thurrock, cllr Yash Gupta cut the ribbon at the opening of the new St Luke’s hospice electrical store in Derwent Parade, South Ockendon.
The mayor was joined by chief executive, Eileen Marshall; head of retail, David Emery; chair of hospice trustees, Gerry Peaty and patron of St Luke’s hospice, Trudy Westmore-Cox.
