THERE have been years in which they have had to cancel the East Tilbury Fun Day but not in 2013, where the temperature topped 90 degrees.
Many organisations came out such as the Coalhouse Fort project and the Re-Use project on the Bata estate had stalls and there was a number of musical acts on the stage.
Hats off to the East Tilbury community for producing a wonderful day
