THERE ARE A number of anoraks on the cloakroom pegs in Your Thurrock towers but we couldn’t help put on on in celebration of Burns Night.
Did you know that according to the 2011 Census there are 1140 individuals in Thurrock who were born in Scotland.
The largest number (105) can be traced in the ward of Grays Riverside. The smallest number (30) is in Corringham and Fobbing.
Sixty four people can claim to be putting the Ock in Ockendon, Forty-eight in Wee Thurrock Rectory, Fifty-three in Hamesteads and finally eighty three in Chadwell St Mirren.
