NOT many sportsmen have the dilemma that faces Tei Lynn-Jones. The 19-year-old excels at a variety of sports.
He reached the national finals of the boxing newcomers competition. He has played football for Tilbury reserves.
He is a strong swimmer and officials at the Harriers think he has tremendous potential as an endurance runner.
In only his second competition for the club he finished third scorer in 35th place in the Essex Cross Country League.
And this he did running in football boots!
