THE official launch of Thurrock Community Chest’s Grand Draw took place at Intu Lakeside last week. The charity raises money to offer grants to Thurrock based groups who deliver activities that benefit the residents of Thurrock.
There was an additional prize for anyone buying tickets at the TCC stand during the week of a superb hamper. Over £1000 was raised over the 5 days some of the groups that benefited by selling tickets were Thurrock Lions, HCPT, Gray’s 1st Responders, Neighbourhood Watch and St Luke’s Hospice among others.
Thurrock Community Chest would like to thank Intu Lakeside for their support by making the space available for us to sell out Grand Draw Tickets where 1st prize is a Vauxhall Adam kindly donated by the Toni Levoi Vauxhall dealership.
