AS YOU can see, it is quite a beard already. Owner of the headroom hair salon in Lodge Lane, Grays, Gary Borley has been growing the beard since he went to see Scroobius Pip in concert.
Since then it has been part homage and part charity challenge on behalf of four-year-old Chadwell boy, Blu Hill, who suffers from cerebral palsy.
Blu’s parents are fund-raising in order for him to have a pioneering Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy operation which will ease his mobility problems, but that will cost around £50,000.
